Not to mention, most enlisted folks couldn't afford it.

I researched the most common occupations and industries for those who live in Black Forest and it would seem the answer is no. My guess would be that with how often military personnel are transferred it may not be a good match for someone looking to buy and sell (or rent) in a rather short timeframe.
