Is Beekman a family friend community?

I would say so. It's starting to grow, which means a lot more opportunities for you to have new neighbors with whom to be friendly, but it's a pretty peaceful town which happens to be a nice place to raise a family. Now, it doesn't have all the conveniences that a town like Poughkeepsie has, meaning less activities right in Beekman for the family to do, but you aren't horribly far from them.

Otherwise I'd say this is a safe and friendly town, based on my experiences with it and the people I've known from it. There are certainly a number of families living here and they get by just fine.
