There are two decent places to get Asian cuisine in Bardstown. For straight up Chinese, check out Hunan Restaurant, which I've always heard is very good for take-out. Quick turnaround from ordering to having your food in hand. For sushi, my daughter loves Okina Sushi. I've never actually tried it, as I don't like sushi, but she swears by it.
