Is Asheville dreary and rainy much of the time? I need good amounts of sunshine

Any info about the city, rental pricing and friendliness of locals is helpful.

Hi Sarah! If you’re after sunshine, why not check out Wilmington NC? We are a port city filled with historic homes and walkable neighborhoods that are easy proximity to downtown. The beach is only 20 mins away, there are lots of parks and great eats. Good luck with your search!
