The Ridge at Harvest Lane (1/2 mile West of 75th & Simms) have some pretty nice mountain views. Some have panoramic views from Pikes Peak to Mt Evans and others have great views from Mt Evans to the Boulder Flatirons. I've sold several with walkout basements over the years and the views were breathtaking!

Old Town Arvada North of Ralston is also a good place for homes that have views. These homes are older, but some of them (especially on those hills) have great views of the mountains and cities! :)

Many of the neighborhoods have very nice mountain views. It mostly depends on the orientation of the house on the lot and if the neighbors homes block the view. Some of our communities have both mountain and city views! Huntington Heights, either side of Carr St from 68th to 72nd is a great example of this. Many of the new and newer homes being built on the far west side of Arvada, up and down Indiana Street also have very nice views. Village of Five Parks is a great example. Hope this helps
