What crops are grown in the Akron area?

I know that most of the land in the US is planted with corn, soybeans, hay, wheat or cotton--but is there any unique crops or even organic farms near Akron? Or just good old poisoned American Round-up ready?

Akron is one of the largest producers of hard red winter wheat. It's also big with beef and dairy, but as for organic farms I've never heard of any in Akron (which isn't to say there aren't any).
