"A little gem"

Little W 12th St is a street in the Meatpacking District. It extends from 12 Av to 9 Av. It is right in the heart of New York City stylish nightlife. Some of the most famous clubs are here. It also offers a wide choice of good restaurants. My favorite is Le Paradou (I am not sure if named after a beautiful village in Provence, France), where you can have good Provencal food. Besides its vibrant nightlife, this cobblestone street retains the charm of its past, when food markets were all over.

"Little packs a punch"

Little 12th street packs a real punch and you can't help but fall in love with the vibrant and opulent attitude that permeates the street. STK offers great steak and there is an abundance of amazing bar experience all along the street. I have nothing but love for this area and it's meatpacking roots.

"Chock Full of Life"

Little West 12th street is probably one of the most exciting side streets in New York City. It is pretty much lined with clubs, bars, lounges and restaurants, all with varying levels of "Chicness". You can prety much come here for anything from scrumptious steaks at STKhouse or mouthwatering mussels at Pastis. Of course, each place also boasts extensive drink menus which can keep you floating through a whole night on this little street. This is the place to see some of New York' most well to do folks in their Sunday best..every day of the week. People who go out to Little West 12th street like to spend money and are doing so quite fluidly. It's definitely a fun place to visit, although not terribly accessible via subway. The closest is probably the W14 and 8th ave stop on the A,C,E, but it still requires a little bit of a walk.

"Anything But Little"

Little W. 12th Street is anything but little and is packed with people, places to go, and a real New York City experience! Firstly, the Buddha Bar which is very popular and expensive, but once inside, prepare to be amazed. Also on Little W. 12th street, you'll find Highline Restarunt and Bar, STK (Steakhouse, very expensive), Jamac (good ambiance and perfect for a first date), and Paradou.

Little West 12th Street is close to the following metro stations: A, C, E, L at 8th and 14th Street, 1,2,3 at 14th Street. It is also accessible to many buses. Foot traffic is heavy, and it is a good neighborhood for all people!

"Wonderful Street- Budding Fashion!"

W. 12th Street doesn’t have much to offer to the plainly clothed. The home of New School & Parsons School of Design, future Versace’s and Yves Saint Laurent’s strut down this street. Though a college neighborhood, the street doesn’t lose its appeal offering a myriad of restaurants, shops, and authentic New York City life. It is very close to Union Square and even more shopping and retail hot spots and a great park. I think this is a good area for young couples looking to settle into the city, or for young fashion hopefuls to get a taste of the Fashion industry.

"Oasis in Manhattan"

A brilliant street positioned in a wonderful location, this tree lined street is for me, one of the premier areas to live in Manhattan. Close to the Metro (14th St) and with restaurants and shops lining 5th and 6th avenue, this is a great spot. It’s also close to Union Square and Washington Square Park.
