William St, Financial District

William Avenue is in a fantastic area of the city which is really well accessible and near the Financial District. I like this area a lot and really like the housing options on this side of town. You'll find a lot in the way of restaurants and bars in this neighborhood as well. It was fast paced and somewhat loud, but all in all a good place to hang your hat in the city.

William street is named after William of Nassau. It is also referred to as South William Street. The buildings on William Street cater financial institutions and offices. The Pace University a notable building in this area. Most of the time and space is occupied by finance dealing people and therefore not much of entertainment is found along this street. Restaurants and pubs do exist over here but their population is scarce.
