"Beautiful Views of the Park"

Beyond bordering Pelham Bay Park, Watt Avenue doesn't really have much to offer. There are no restaurants on this street, but there were plenty of friendly people. The streets nearby have more offerings in terms of day to day needs, but this street is well accessible and would be a nice place to live.
