"Rundown, Not Ideal for Families"

On my recent trip to visit my guy friend in New York, he just purchased a home on Ampere Ave. In my opinion its not an ideal neighborhood for families and couples. Its rundown and there is not much to do in the surrounding areas. A few corner stores here and there. I wouldn't want to waste a visit going back
