This street encompasses the mesa residential complex owned by UC regents and housing many graduate students of the nearby UC-San Diego campus. Some of the highlights include the student run cafe, two children's parks, a child care/research center, and lots of wonderful flora maintained by groundskeepers as well as residents with a green thumb.
