"What a suburb"
Vine Street is the nicest part of San Diego by far. The street is full of incredible houses that one could only dream of. It is a great place to raise a family if you can afford the housing market. It is close to town and with the beautiful San Diego weather, it is perfect for walks.

"The Fine Vine"
The great thing about Vine Street is that it is near the ocean, great for ocean lovers. It’s diverse and filled with life! Something else this zone is quite famous for is its eloquent Wine Bar & Café; none other then The Vine! Now that’s how you represent a street!

"Washington Heights decadent."
This is a very steep little street with beautiful homes that have been skyrocketing in market value in recent years. At the top of this street there is a mansion with a beautifully landscaped topiary. It is very quiet, yet located very close to downtown san diego and to hillcrest. It is an easy walk to Gelato Vero cafe and Saffron Thai food.
