"very good place for eating out"
Mission Boulevard is like the main center in Mission Beach. My family and I went to mission Boulevard and wanted to go dine out. Make sure you have a car unless you want to walk since Mission Boulevard is a 2-mile peninsula. Also there are nice smoothies bars, clubs, and restaurants and all of of them are terrific.
Finally I would recommend to anyone with a large family.

"A local bycicle rider's view of the Mission Beach area"
Two blocks east of Mission Beach, it has taco shops, coffee houses, fast food chains, breakfast joints and ethnic foods. You will find options for eating break, lunch and causal dinner. It is the home of the Bid Dipper Rollercoaster. Serious bike riders can begin biking from Mission beach down beach boulevard.

"Beautiful Ocean Scenery!"
This is another street I would highly recommend to take a drive down. A few little shops, but the beach is right there. Many great places to park your car and go enjoy the ocean. Water lies on both sides of the road. You can't get much closer to the beach than this road!
