"On Ford Street"
Similar to streets nearby, Ford Street doesn't have much in the way of businesses or entertainment, but it does have some very nice housing options. I think that it is a great neighborhood and one of the my favorites to visit, as it is along Shell Bank Creek and there are various parks throughout the neighborhood. All in all, a great street in a great neighborhood in Brooklyn.

"Close to the bay and the Belt Pkwy."
Here you have a residential family oriented neighborhood which does take a bit of travel to get to stores and public transportation.
However, you are close to the Bay and Beaches which in the summer (if one has time to go) does count for something.
Most homes do have a backyard much makes it children and pet friendly.
