Irving Street is residential street extending from the Great Highway to Arguello Boulevard. Approaching 27th Avenue, you will begin to see many restaurants and shops. Irving from 27th to 19th Avenue is considered by many to be the second Chinatown of San Francisco because of the vast Asian population and Asian stores/restaurants. Also on 27th Avenue you will find a police station which can be very helpful at times when police authority is needed. From 19th Avenue onward to about 4th Avenue, you will see many stores and restaurants on Irving Street including Jamba Juice, a sweet and delicious delight for many. What also makes Irving Street so wonderful is that the N Muni train runs on Irving Street beginning on 9th Avenue. Tourists should really come by and visit Irving Street if they hope to leave with a taste of Sunset District.
