Noriega Street runs from 8th avenue all the way down to the beach. On the 8th avenue side, it runs straight into a small hill which you must wind around to get to the other side of Noriega. From 15th avenue and Noriega, it is a straight shot down to the beach. Starting on 19th avenue and going west there is a small Chinatown looking area with great Asian bakeries and restaurants. This street is usually busy and not ideal to travel down. Living conditions are hectic until you reach the other side of Sunset Boulevard. Past there, there are great typical sunset houses that are safe and comfortable to live in.
