3rd St, Downtown

It looks like a bombed out war zone in Kosovo or something over on 3rd Street. I once saw what I think could have been a dead guy lying in the dirt on this street, although he might have just been passed out drunk (I hope.) It is not a nice area...definitely slum conditions. When you hear people talk disparagingly about Detroit and how dangerous and dirty it supposedly is, it's places like this that they're talking about. There really is no reason to drive down this street during the course of a regular day to get anywhere you'd need to go, so please just stay away from it.
