"Great residential area close to the park and the water."

This street is ideal for families with kids and older people. The apartments on W 94th offer a quick walk to the Hudson River on the left and Central Park to the right. This street is very clean and peaceful and close to the 1,2, and 3 trains. There are some good diners in the area to catch some breakfast, but there isn't too much nightlife happening here since it's mostly residential.
