"Charm, charm and more charm"
Easily one of the best streets on the upper west side, especially the park block portion of West 70th.

"Wonderful, calm street!"
This particular street is one of my favorites in the city. There is a certain calmness about it, almost like it could be in the middle of another city, not New York! There is a playground a couple blocks away and of course its so close to Broadway! Great fun knowing about this street, I encourage anyone to come and see what I mean!

"Great scene for the middle aged and up"
This neighborhood is really pleasant – during warmer times you can see a lot of people wandering around the neighborhood (though it isn’t exactly a youthful crowd). There are a lot of cafes on this street – I really recommend Epices du Traiteur (which offers a sort of Village flavored atmosphere and serves Mediterranean style cuisine) and the Sensuous Bean on this street (as it’s always nice to get coffee from some place that isn’t Starbucks).

"Quiet Street in High End Area"
I am writing specifically about the are that borders Riverside Drive, where there is a high concentration of Trump buildings. This area is a nice residential area, the buildings have all the amenities that you could imagine for comfortable living. This particular stretch on W70th street, is a very convenient area because it is near Lincoln Center and the express stop at 72nd street, which is just one stop to Times Square. This area is suitable for all types of people, singles, couples, retirees, families. It is quiet, and relatively safer. For younger folks however, the nightlife here is not the most ideal. It's a great place to come home to, but if you are coming home a little tipsy, then i suggest you hop in a cab. The views from the buildings here is unbeatable the Hudson sparkles during the day and the Jersey coastline twinkles at night.
