Very nice place for anyone to live. A very nice variety of people. You are lucky if you see a for sale sign because once again, a nice place to live. Lovely scenery, not too much traffic. A great place to start a family. An area like this can get noisy with all of the people living here but it isn't unbearable.

Southwest 88th St
"North Kendall Drive, Miami"
Not much use except to get you from here to there. Not trashy like some other streets withing a close radius. Basically one of those roads you can find anywhere. Several buildings off this highway but I did not pay attention to see what they were. Traffic can take up some time but is mostly acceptable.

Old Cutler Rd

By far my favorite street i have visited in Miami. Beautiful houses. Quiet area, even with a busy street. Very friendly people. My friends who live on this street have nothing but good things to say about it and after my stay, i know why. Perfect place to live for anyone.

South Bayshore Dr
"South Bayshore Dr. Miami"
Hospital nearby provides good closure. Water front properties, but some difficulty getting to the water in this crowded area is suspected. Nice street, loud but nice. Good place for visitors to stay. During my visit I stayed with a friend who has lived there for quite sometime and seems to enjoy it. I would recommend staying here.

South Miami Ave
"South Miami Ave"
Nothing special on this ho-hum street. Kind of loud and kind of bad traffic. Needs more attractions to make it something special, otherwise it is just your average Miami street. Good place to stay but make sure you find something fun to do in the area. Don't bring the kids unless you want to here how bored they are.

Close to the water. Plenty of places to shop, eat out, and just plain have a good time. Loud area with not the best traffic at times. Buildings are close together in this growing "neighborhood". A nice place to live if you really want that city life in this metropolitan area.

East Flagler St
"Biscayne Blvd, Miami"
BAD TRAFFIC!! Not the best part of town but a gorgeous water front location. Nice parks nearby. Marina is close for those with a boat. Plenty of places to shop nearby. It can be pretty loud. I would not recommend visiting this area if you are from a small town but city folks would probably enjoy it better.

Perfect place for singles. Beautiful street. Not too far from the water. Traffic can be a pain but it is all worth it living in such a nice place. Could be a little quieter but you get used to it after a while. Friendly people and just a nice place over all.

Very nice street in most places. Modest prices that are great for people who are just starting out on their own or looking to start a family. Very comfortable and safe atmosphere. It is a little bit run down in places but over all is a very nice street and a lovely place to live.

West Flagler St
"Not the best"
Not the best street to be living on or visiting. It isn't in a very nice area and it gave me a bad feeling when i visited. If you are visiting i would recommend staying in daylight and if you are there at night, make sure you have pepper spray and a cellphone in case something happens. Be safe.
