"Biscayne Blvd, Miami"

BAD TRAFFIC!! Not the best part of town but a gorgeous water front location. Nice parks nearby. Marina is close for those with a boat. Plenty of places to shop nearby. It can be pretty loud. I would not recommend visiting this area if you are from a small town but city folks would probably enjoy it better.

"A great place for work and fun, all in one."

Biscayne Boulevard in downtown Miami is a great place for all people. Whether you are here for work or play, you will always find what you are looking for. When driving through downtown Miami on Biscayne Boulevard you will find many points of interest. First, you have Bayfront park, the outside bandshell where many popular bands come to play. It is a beautiful and serene place to listen to your favorite bands outdoors, right on the bay. Almost directly next door to the park, you will find Bayside, a very unique outdoor shopping mall. Here at Bayside, you will find popular restaurants such as Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. and the Hard Rock cafe as well as the local cuban, american and seafood restaurants, all directly sitting on the intercoastal waterway. You will also find many local vendors here selling, arts, crafts and a plethora of unique clothes and gift items. On weekends and at night, you will be sure to catch a great local band jamming it out onstage while you sit and enjoy the sights and sounds. Here, you can also take a short cruise that will show you the homes of the stars on millionaire row.

Traveling only a couple more blocks down from Bayside on Biscayne Boulevard, you will find the American Airlines Arena where many many national acts perform daily. And just about a block north of that, you will find the Port of Miami. This is where most Miami based cruise lines sail out of and where most importing and exporting of goods takes place.

Across the street from Bayside, you will find a very nice Holiday Inn hotel and almost next door is the Miami-Dade Community College Downtown Campus.

Biscayne Boulevard is a great place for just about anyone. You can always find what you need here, no matter what you are looking for.

"busy retail area"

East Flagler Street is a busy commercial and retail street in downtown Miami. It runs by the International Mall, which is a pretty cool place to browse. There are many small shops and restaurants, not upscale, but clean and safe. This street runs all the way down to Biscayne Blvd and near Bay Front Park. It is a good street to walk down and people watch, and grab some authentic Cuban food.

"Downtown commercial area near a college"

This is a downtown commercial area. East flagler differs from west flagler due to the proximity of a university and the financial district

"Traffic cooridir by day and redlight area at night"

Biscaybe blvd is a main traffic artery. At night much of it, from downtown miami north to 80th street, becomes a redlight district populated by prostitutes and drug dealers
