"A fairly clean street in Downtown L.A."

S Flower St is part of downtown L.A. and is quite busy during the week. It is usually deserted after 7 p.m. once everyone gets out of work. The street is pretty dead on the weekend since there are only businesses in this area. The shopping centers in this area are great, but sometimes the streets smell like urine because a few homeless hang out near the subway station exits on 7th and S Flower.
