"A business area"

The Garland Avenue is like a business area, with a couple of buildings standing there for the business purpose, also public school. At the cross with w 7th Street, there is a neighbor with some apartments building, with a very easy access to the downtown of LA, and a nice living environment. Life could be very comfortable there.
