Palm Ave
"Palm Aveunue: Mostly houses"
Palm Avenue starts at Geary Boulevard and ends at California Street. This street consists mostly of houses that are nice looking. There are a variety of houses here are each of them have a unique structure or style. There are also medium-sized trees lining both sides of the side walk, which brightens up the vibe of the street. There is a middle school located on the street, near Sacramento, and it may seem a bit rowdy when students leave school, but it is generally alright. It is a bonus for residents that live on the street that have kids because they wouldn't have to travel far to get to school.

Palm Ave
"Next to a middle school."
Palm Avenue is a two-block street that runs from California Street to Geary Street. Palm Avenue also borders Roosevelt Middle School. And for residents living on Palm Avenue. At some hours during the school day, it may be noisy during lunch and the after school times as students rush home. There may also be a lot of traffic since mothers and fathers tend to double-park their cars on the street and wait for their child(s). Palm Avenue also tends to be a busy street since it is surrounded by three very busy streets, which are California Street, Geary Boulevard, and Arguello Boulevard. There are also various Muni bus stops around Palm Avenue, which are 38, 38L, 31AX, 38AX on Geary Boulevard; 1, 2, 4, 1AX on California Street; and the 33 on Arguello Boulevard.
