widest street, no overhead power lines (north of Euclid), detached homes with front yards on one side and attractive condos on the other, a half-block walk to the many useful and enjoyable shops of Laurel Village, a 1/2-block walk to three main bus-line stops and a 1 1/2-block walk to another main bus-line stop

- Many amenities nearby: parks, playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, bus lines downtown and elsewhere
- Excellent location: midway between downtown and the ocean, plus easy and quick access to 101 north and south
- A good amount of trees and nice landscaping in yards
