Some of the best pizza nearby (in Cow Hollow technically) would be Pizza Orgasmica! They deliver and just opened up a larger location on Fillmore and Greenwich which has some great TVs, seating areas, and serve their beers cold. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone living nearby!

Dino's Pizza on Fillmore and California is my guilty carb pleasure. The service is great and the pizza is delicious and not too greasy, and they also have some outdoor seating. Delfina is awesome and also has outdoor seating, but they have another location in the Mission (the original). There's also Pizza Inferno a little further down Fillmore on Sutter.

I have heard a great deal about Delfina as being the best pizza in Pacific Heights. I've not been there, but I understand that they have best thin crust pizza around and judging by how packed it was the one time I did try to make it out here, its probably true.
