Northeast 100th Pl, North Rose Hill

The street 124th Avenue NE in Kirkland is one of the largest, and most used roads in the city. Along it you will find many restaurants; nothing super fancy, but good, realiable places nonetheless. This street is also home to a grocery store, several gas stations, office buildings, and even a couple of hotels. The traffic can get busy near I-405, but it is far less crowded than one would expect.

The neighborhoods at either end of the street are quiet and well maintained. The houses are kept up nicely and the surrounding area is clean and welcoming. With easy access to I-405 and all the available amentieis, this would be a great street to live on, so long as you have a turn-around driveway.
