131st Pl Northeast, North Rose Hill

Tucked away just up from the corner of NE 124th and 124th NE is this little gem of an area. Although the street is largely populated by apartment buildings and condominiums, don't let that deter you. The neighborhood is friendly and open with plenty of nice people.

The nature surrounding the area is the best. Huge tall trees, wildflowers, and tall grasses make this feel like it is much further away from a main Kirkland arterial than it really is. As it crosses that same arterial, shops and restaurants are literally minutes away.

The only complaint I have ever heard about the area (although I did not personally experience the problem) is the raccoon population. There are many families of raccoons that live in the wooded areas around here. It does not seem to be a widespread nuisance, but more of an issue to note.
