"Glenwood South"
Glenwood South is an area of downtown Raleigh between Peace and Hillsborough Streets. It's a very vibrant part of town with condos for living and tons of restaurants and bars. It's an urban lifestyle, so there will be noise and traffic.
Coffee shops have wi-fi access and you have your choice of upscale restaurants, wine bars, or just grabbing a burrito. Places to live include the Paramount, 510 Glenwood, and a few townhouse communities. New construction projects like 712 Tucker (apartments), 222 Glenwood, Boylan Flats, 630 North, West, and the Glen on Peace give you plenty of options.
There's a fitness center in the heart of Glenwood South and there are a few little shops with trendy items.
