"Very Classy Buildings and Some Greenery"

E. 221st Street has one interesting look to it. The buildings on most blocks have a rather classy look to them, unlike dirty and old looking apartment buildings look. You actually don't mind living in this area. I do not recall seeing a school nearby, but there are some speed bump signs in the area. I guess the citizens on this street have a lot of kids and don't want to see them hurt, so they had the city install speed bumps so slow the traffic down.
Pros
  • Classy looking neighborhood
Cons
  • Speed bumps meaning many kids around

"East 221st Street"

East 221st Street is in a great area. I really like this area because of its accessibility but also because of its simplicity. Manhattan is a bit pretentious and Brooklyn is much more down to Earth, with more families and older people. All in all, a wonderful place to live!

"East 221st Street"

Another street with convienece desgined for the residents, East 221st Street, is quite simply home to many people. There is nothing remarkable here, and as landmarks and sights tend to dwindle as you climb further uptown, there seems to be an overall lack of things to do in terms of a touristy nature. For the residents, however, I thought that the street must be acclaimed for its convenience and overall nice vibe. All in all, a nice street for those that live there.
