"Great place to take a day trip"

If you are ever in the Atlanta area, Cherokee Avenue SE is great place for a day trip. Grant Park, the oldest park in Atlanta, is located right off of Cherokee. The park is extremely beautiful and is a great places to take a walk, have a picnic, or just play around. In addition, Zoo Atlanta is also located off of Cherokee. Zoo Atlanta is a great environment for families or even couples. If you are looking for some great day activities, I certainly recommend checking out these hot spots.

"The Traditional Experience"

Grant Park and the Atlanta Zoo are excellent places to visit if you're looking for a relaxing day of leisure activities. The zoo is constantly updating their offerings with new and expanding exhibits so you can find something for all ages. The neighborhood feels safe and friendly, and lets you escape the clutter of the city. The zoo is well integrated to feel like you're really sharing the animals' environment, and the overall finish was much cleaner than many other comparable establishments.

"Grant Park is the next hot place to raise your family!"

Cherokee Avenue is next to the Atlanta Zoo and Grant Park. It is one of those areas that has been the next up and coming area, but it never seems to up and go anywhere. That said, I have family who lives in the neighborhood and it really does seem like a great place now to raise a family. I would observe basic safety precautions, but you see more and more families in Grant Park pushing their kids in strollers. Also, the zoo is very reasonable if you get a season pass membership.

"Everyone Needs to Visit Here"

Everyone really needs to go here! This is where the Atlanta Zoo is located. There is so much to see and do there. It is a great place for families, singles, couples, and retirees to visit. They have so many different species that it is so amazing. My favorite are the pandas and the snake exhibit. This is a must see for everyone coming to Atlanta.
