The Kitchen, on Pearl and 11th, may not exactly be a "farm to table" restaurant, but they do source a lot of their food from local vendors. The last time I was there, I had an entree that had locally sourced ingredients, and as anyone in town will tell you, their food is incredible.
Also, if you are looking for a breakfast place, Lucile's, also downtown, gets a lot of their ingredients from a local farm they own. It is cajun style breakfast, personally i like the biscuits and gravy.
