"Million dollar mansions"

Memorial is one of the well established upscale neighborhoods in Houston, TX. Located in West Houston, you will find Memorial near Interstate 10, East of Hwy 6. The Sam Houston Tollroad runs through this area, which is conveniently located near Town & Country Mall as well as Memorial City Mall. Main roads found in this area are Wilcrest, Memorial, and Dairy Ashford. This is a more established area of West Houston, while the outskirts of Westchase are growing at a rapid pace. There are many vintage shops around this area, as well as some older residential subdivisions. Apartment homes are plentiful in this tree lined plush area. There is ample shopping, dining, and entertainment, and access to more variety is just a nearby freeway away.

Memorial is very close to the Energy Corridor, which is home to the majority of the Oil Companies in Houston and many jobs. Homes in this area can easily be priced over one million dollars. Newly created parks, hike and bike trails, and dog parks will consume your time if enjoy outdoor activities. There are a variety of chain restaurants and shopping centers to choose from in this area. If you are a golfer, you won’t want to miss a tee time at Memorial Park Golf Course.

Memorial is one of the many neighborhoods in Houston. It is situated near many of the area’s major roadways. You will find easy access to Interstate Highway 10, State Highway 90, the Katy Freeway, and the Sam Houston Tollway. Most portions of the city are accessible through these offerings. Memorial is one of the great urban areas in Houston. This neighborhood offers great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. There are several great attractions to visit while you’re in Memorial. Terry Hershy Park and George Bush Park are two of the popular attractions in this area. Residents enjoy access to the Lakeside Country Club.

There are a number of busy streets and residential roadways in Memorial. Addicks-Howell Road and North Kirkwood Road are just two of these locations. Memorial is one of the wealthy areas west of downtown Houston. There are homes here in a variety of price ranges. You will also find a number of luxury apartment complexes to choose from. Bunker Hill Village and Hedwig Village are two of the terrific communities in Memorial. These are fine locations for families with young children. The community’s access to medical facilities like the Texas Medical Center makes it convenient. This is a fun place to visit and to live in.
