Whitt Krauss Objects Fine Art Gallery is fantastic. They have great art by many talented artists both big and small. Great for just enjoying the great art or to buy some too.

There is also Seaport Village which has a few shops and Harbor House sea food restaurant. The food is good but not great and the quality seems better some days than others. If you are picky about your sea food this isn’t the best place to go but it will do.

Southeast of 8th Avenue Harbor Drive changes considerably. The area becomes industrial, there are many shipyards and manufacturing plants. The road has potholes which are large enough to break your suspension (I've had to replace motor mounts because of this road). This is not a good area to be at night as gang action and drug deals are a constant problem. Traffic early in the morning starting at 05:30 is heavy and continues throughout the day until after 6PM. Then it dies down to almost nothing.

Known for its plush hotels, the harbor is in full effect! Couples get ready to get a glimpse of the wave, rippling ocean view. This is where life feels lived and explored, the streets are profound with a sense of serenity. A parlor within itself; one and only Harbor!

This is a beautiful drive as it looks onto the bay. You can enjoy the scenery and check out all of the boats at the harbor. Lots of life and activity as this sis where the boat fans flock to. Highly recommend this drive to anyone and everyone. A must see!

Harbor drive is a beautiful street overlooking the ocean. The view and the scenic presence of the sea makes the street enchanting and pleasant. From here you can get a view of San Diego harbor and the huge ships that dock here. If you are on this street, then you could get a chance of boating or cruising and whale watching. I liked the street, especially because of its weather and cool breeze blowing every time. Coffee sops, ice cream parlors, gift and art shops are located over here. The United States Naval base is at a short distance from Harbor drive.
