Island Ave, Marina

This street has a ton of new apartments and condos on it with views of Petco Park. A huge plus if you are a Padres fan! There is plenty to do in the area, from food, to shopping, and beyond. There are plenty of young people who live and work in this area. It is very accessible even without a car.
The major downside of living here is getting in and out by car on game days. Talk about traffic! Also parking down here is extremely limited and expensive. If the ballpark views don't intrigue you, try somewhere closer to the Gaslamp, like 3rd or 4th Ave.
