West Ash Ave, Fullerton

West Ash Avenue is in a quaint, quiet neighborhood filled with track homes. Most of these homes are single story with a raised foundation and are surrounded by healthy and green Magnolia trees. The neighbors are all very friendly and there is a welcoming air to the street. If you have kids, this is a great street for you to live on as there are plenty of other neighborhood children for your kids to play with.

This street is close to downtown Fullerton, which is extremely convenient as that area offers dining and entertainment options for the whole family (although, taking your young kids out there too late at night is ill advised due to the number of bars around there - they might see something that will scar them for life!). West Ash Avenue is only about two miles from Costco, which you will really appreciate if you have a large family!

The only con of this street is there is pretty dim lighting at night. Be careful if you are walking. Not because the street is not safe (it is very safe), but, so a car does not see you on the side of the road and you end up getting run over!
