West Adobe Dr, Deer Valley

I lived at 25th Ave and Northern, at this particular part of 25th Ave there is rampant police activity and a lot of theft. In the 6 months I lived in this neighborhood, the bank down the street was robbed and the theft was chased by police on foot, in cars and by helicoper right in front of my house. My apartment was broke into twice, and I was aware of 6 other break-ins in my same apartments in that same 6 months. I went through 5 different neighbors, and there was a high number of child molestors and rehabilitating druggies and offenders of other natures placed in the neighborhood. I was not familiar with Phoenix when I moved into this region, and would not recommend it to anyone. On the upside, public transportation is good, there is an LA Fitness very nearby, there is also an Abertsons and a Spouts grocery store within 1 mile as well as some fast food and good hole-in-the-wall asian food restuarants.
