Near or around this street you'll find some really great Mexican restarunt. This street is easily accessed by the 1 train at 103rd street and is a nice street to live on with big brown buildings, some with a great view of the river. A great place for people to walk, read, or relax, this area is great!

A nice spot if you love living near the park. This is definitely the biggest benefit of living here. It’s also a pretty pricey area – most 2 bedroom apartments here can go for $4000 a month, and a heck of a lot more if you want a view of the park… The B and D lines are right there so you can be downtown in 10 mins if you like.
