"Typical beautiful Queen Anne street"
Just high enough on the hill to give most homes and apartments at least a peek-a-boo view of the Seattle skyline, Ward Street is one of the greenest on Queen Anne hill. Separated by a mini greenbelt, Ward Street provides one-way traffic to both sides of the neighborhood and very tight on-street parking in that section of the road. The neighborhood is quiet and green, the neighbors are friendly and traffic is very light. A short walk takes you to some fabulous restaurants, shopping and Seattle Center, where you can hop the monorail to downtown.

"Great street, minutes from downtown"
Ward Street has sweeping views of the Seattle skyline, and the Space Needle looms in every backyard and porch. A well kept park with plenty of kid-friendly equipment abuts the street at 5th. Mere blocks away are a dry cleaner, convenience store, greats bars, restaurants of various types, a grocery store, drugstore, etc...yet the street itself feels as though it's in a neighborhood, not a city!
