"A good location"

Treadwell Avenue is a residential street with several nice but rather older homes on Staten Island. it has a great location though, being near both Richmond Terrace - one of the busiest streets and aras on Staten Island - and being close to the Martin Luther King Expressway which can take you over to the other boroughs of NYC.
