get me out, to many renters, they need to go away(has lived here)

I have lived here for 40 years and have seen the area go down hill. It's been declining slowly but the homeowners association wants to pretend that they are doing a good job. Thats another story. I live in one of the last actual homes in the short area. Most have been bought out over the years and have been made into Duplex's. You never know what, who, where, how your neighbors are and that can be frightning. They dont keep up their yards, clean up around the house, and they dont make very good neighbors. They move out too fast, they move here and find out what they got themselves into, then move out.

Geez. You sound like one of those nosy neighbors who spends all their time by the window spying on people through the blinds. Guess what? With the current housing/economic situation a lot of good people rent. Blatantly discriminating against renters makes you no better than people in the past who discriminated against blacks and jews trying to move into their neighborhood.

If you want your neighborhood to improve, do something positive to encourage it to do so. Breeding fear and hate will only make it worse.
