"get me out, to many renters, they need to go away"
I have lived here for 40 years and have seen the area go down hill. It's been declining slowly but the homeowners association wants to pretend that they are doing a good job. Thats another story. I live in one of the last actual homes in the short area. Most have been bought out over the years and have been made into Duplex's. You never know what, who, where, how your neighbors are and that can be frightning. They dont keep up their yards, clean up around the house, and they dont make very good neighbors. They move out too fast, they move here and find out what they got themselves into, then move out.

If you want your neighborhood to improve, do something positive to encourage it to do so. Breeding fear and hate will only make it worse.
