"So nice, you'd hardly guess it was in Redwood City"
This area is a little piece of sanity in the relatively run down Redwood City. Traffic isn't too bad, it's fairly quiet, and has lots of trees.

"Beautiful Area, but lots of yuppies"
I grew up on this street, and have always loved it, but it's definitely changed. The environment is fairly beautiful and it feels safe. But more and more of the neighbors keep to themselves and are turning into gentrified yuppies, which is a shame. This street used to have a very neighborly feel to it.

"At least it's next to the Baylands"
It's right next to the 101 freeway, and all the buildings look like warehouses. There are a couple redeeming values. There's plenty of parking, and easy to take walks in the Baylands.
