Stone Mill Dr, Knoxville

I enjoy driving through this neighborhood and looking at the custom houses. Don't get me wrong this will be my neighborhood someday, it just hasnt happened yet. Stone Mill has some of the loveliest houses in Knoxville. It is also in a great location overlooking Westland Dr. The neighborhood has quick access to any shopping at the mall, to I-40 and a multitude of restaurants. Stone Mill Dr is very quiet, very green, very safe and very expensive. You definitely pay the price for the quiet community

The cost of living is expensive, but with great resale value on the homes. There isn't a lot of nightlife in the area, but if you have one of these homes you probably have your own minibar. I encourage everyone to at least go admire the beautiful green of the neighborhood and the lovely architecture. This neighborhood is recommended for retirees or secure families. The schools in the area are very good, especially some of the private schools. One day I will be there, until then I will enjoy driving through it.
