"Residential street right by Ocean Ave."

Southwood Dr. is a very short street in the Westwood Park area. It is a residential street. It is pretty quiet usually and not busy. This are in general is very nice with large trees on the sidewalks and is very clean. This street is pretty safe most of the time. It is one block away from Ocean Ave, So it is close to many stores and restaurants. There is access to many muni bus likes like the K and 29. It is also a few blocks from City College. Overall it would be a very nice street to live on.
