"Terrific neighborhoods on quiet streets"
Beginning at Seahurst park at the north end and ending at a tiny cul-de-sac at the south, 16th Ave. SW is broken up by Burien Lake, just south of SW 152nd St. The neighborhoods are lined with trees and the single-family homes are fairly well maintained. Traffic is minimal, providing good neighborhoods for kids to play. Seahurst and Gregory Heights Elementary Schools are found along the street and the Gregory Seahurst Swim Club offers a place for kids to cool down in the summer months.
