"Quiet residential neighborhood"
Although the neighborhood is quiet and doesn't see much traffic, it seems to be the only one in the area where they forgot to plant trees. The majority of the street seems dry and barren, although the single-family homes are nice and well kept, there isn't much in the way of greenery. The street ends at SW 152nd St. right on the water, and the homes get nicer as you go south. At the north end, about two blocks away (this is a very short street), everything changes and the few homes found there are surrounded by forest and greenery. The street has access to the Lake Burien Park, and all of the homes are within walking distance of the beach.
