"One of the best places to live"

Sammamish is rated one of the top 10 small cities to live in the U.S. and 244th Court SE is one of the best places to live in Sammamish. Nearby schools, shopping plazas, parks, public transportation, police station, great people and a very ambient atmosphere make this a truly place to live or visit. We had been fortunate to live in this neighborhood.
