"Beautiful old residences with well established gardens."

Santa Maria Avenue in San Leandro, California is an absolutely beautiful and quiet neighborhood. My best friends live there in a renovated spanish style home. Great place to raise a family with excellent schools nearby and wonderful restaurants. The street stays cool with the shade of all the beautiful trees that line it.
