"Older and well established residential neighborhood."

Patton Drive in Castro Valley, California is an excellent neighborhood to raise a family. Beautiful and well maintained older homes that have been renovated with all of the modern conveniences. This street is close to good schools, restaurants, shopping, golf and entertainment. Highly recommended for families with children, couples or seniors of all ages.
